Fees

REGULAR REGISTRATION

If registration and payment are received on or before 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 13, 2008 the following rates will apply:

Individual (includes all meals, Sunday night reception, sessions, and entertainment):  $150.00

Guest (covers Sunday night reception, 2 drink tickets, Monday night dinner/entertainment):  $50.00

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be received in writing (email hicksps@appstate.edu or fax to (828) 262-7219. If cancellation is received prior to August 11, 2008, a $25 processing fee will be incurred.  Substitutions from the same organization are allowed until August 18, 2008.  Your registration will not be refunded after August 11, 2008.  Eligible cancellations will be refunded after the conference.

GUEST REGISTRATION POLICY:

Guest registration fee per adult covers Sunday night reception, 2 drink tickets, Monday night dinner/entertainment. 

PAYMENT NOTES:

If you are paying for more than one person from your organization, be sure to attach a list of the employees that the payment will cover.
