GA Staff Forum
We, the Staff Forum of The University of North Carolina, represent the staff of General Administration, in cooperation and concert with the President and the Board of Governors.
The Staff Forum serves to address constructively the concerns and interests of all General Administration Staff.
Our goal is to improve communications, understanding, and morale throughout General Administration, and to increase efficiency and productivity in operations.
The Staff Forum will accomplish this goal by fostering constant, open communication between administrators and staff; providing opportunities for staff employees to speak out on issues of concern or interest, and to encourage the participation of staff employees in developing considered, informed recommendations on such concerns, advocating appropriate recommendations to administrators and staff; and supporting the teaching, research, and public service missions of the University.
