| Ms. Shain Stodt |
| Shain Stodt has directed the Isadora Duncan International Center for Dance since 1985. She initiated a community outreach program that has brought uplifting dance and interarts performances to underserved communities for two decades, including extensive performances for students in the New York City educational system. Ms. Stodt was an artist-in-residence at The Program in Dance and Dance Education at Teacher’s College, Columbia University, and has received numerous grants and fellowships for her work. She has performed nationally and internationally, including a series on Isadora Duncan’s art and life at The Smithsonian Institution, The Museum of the City of New York, The Walt Whitman Arts Center and other venues. |
